K. Bradford Senftleben, Principal, Training director

With 25 years of experience in public safety, Bradford is well positioned to lead our organization. Bradford has vast experience in both rescue and pre-hospital medicine. As a Nationally Registered Paramedic he has worked in multiple operating environments, from rural to urban, tactical, as well as industrial.

Bradford understands the challenges facing today's rescue and medical providers, command staff and administrators. Through this understanding he is able to leverage our resources to assist organizations of many types, large and small.


Michael E. Batt, Director of Consulting, Govermental Affairs

Michael is a decorated Infantry officer of both the U.S. Army and New York Army National Guard. He led various security missions in support of Department of Homeland Security in the years following 9/11; he supervised soldiers providing enhanced security at airports, nuclear powerplants, and train stations throughout New York.

Michael also coordinated security missions and cross-trained with various Federal and State-level agencies including TSA, MTA, New York State Troopers and power-plant security forces. He was responsible for all security measures in every aspect of multiple military facilities across New York State.

Michael brings a career of tactical and security-oriented knowledge to EMS Tactical Group LLC, and speaks to tactical/security personnel at every level across industries.

Kyle Davia, Senior Training Coordinator

Kyle is a Veteran of the U.S. Army where he functioned as a Combat Medic with deployments to Afghanistan and other regions across the globe. He is a Paramedic and Preceptor working in a major urban enviroment where he continues to care for a multitude of traumatic and medical patients as well as train and mentor new providers.

Kyle is a Lieutenant with a suburban fire department where he continues to exercise his leadership qualities as well as perform within the Technical Rescue space. The field trauma care experience he brings to the table is unparalleled.
